2009..A colleague in office tells me about Mahaavtar Babaji and "Autobiography of a Yogi"...Googling..More Googling..Buying a copy of the book..The book is only half read..I receive an invitation to a Rebirthing Breathwork Training program..I learn that this breathing technique originated by Leonard Orr was revealed to him by none other than Mahavtar Babaji in the 20th century..More and more discussion about Babaji..The Rebirthing Breathwork is transformative..It turns out to be my stepping stone into Kriya Yoga..

2010..The book is read completely..My most favourite possession..I am a fan of Yogananda..Dying to know and learn the original technique..The same colleague then tells me about Varanasi based  Shri Shibendhu Lahiri..the great grandson of Lahiri Mahashaya..a living master from the great lineage of Mahavtar Babaji..A month later..A Facebook invite for Kriya Yoga initiation  from Shibendhu Lahiri in Hyderabad..I am thrilled...I am ready..The Master appears..I am a Kriya Yoga initiate now..Gratitude to Shri Shri Shibendhu Lahiri ji..kriyayogalahiri.com 

2011..Beginning with 12 breaths..Increasing my cycles of 12s..I manage to bring it to to 84 in one hour..Dense energies are pulled out..Confrontation with past life samskaras..Emotional clearing..Heart Chakra bursts..Pain and emotions..Soul connections emerge..Love flows..I attract matching vibrations..Alienate others..I perceive clear filtering of frequencies..

White Feather turns my Buddha locket into a pendulum..The pendulum swings..to clear the energies of the room..It shows yes..It shows no..Where is Dr Newton?..It swings beautifully in his direction..Amazing..

Psychometry..Each one puts one of his personal belongings in a basket..Each one then picks up one of these items randomly from the basket.. Holding the items in our hands..we work on any psychic impression which flows from the item..I get a beautiful stone chain with a locket..Extraordinary energy exudes from it..My hands throb..with strong warm vibrations..I see horizontal beams of light from my third eye..I tell the audience that it belongs to a very strong healer with powerful energies..It turns out to be Blue Thunder's..

Violet flame Meditation..Magenta light coming from Mother earth into the heart..Blue light..father's energy flowing from top..Both energies unite..into a violet flame in the heart..Peace, harmony and bliss..

The Crystal grid..and Rose petals..A powerful vortex of energy..above the grid..The energy hits me..I feel the throbbing in my hands..and my throat..We leave our prayers..loud and clear..So be it..they say..the grid and the vortex stay overnight..Our prayers all over the universe..

THE CHAKRA MEDITATION WORKSHOP

 Chakras are mystical energy centers that exist within the human aura. Tremendous occult power resides in a person's chakras. Siddha masters draw upon that power during meditation for spiritual growth



Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel”. A chakra is like a vortex: a constantly revolving wheel of energy.These vortexes connect the subtle bodies and act as transducers for life-force energy The chakras distribute the life force through the physical and subtle bodies and are sources of physical-emotional-spiritual energy.

Traditionally, there are seven major chakras associated with the physical body, aligned with the spine and located at the base of the spine, the lower abdomen (sacral), the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the centre of the forehead (third eye), and the crown of the head.

As portals between the physical and spiritual planes, chakras represent the sacred architecture of our body and psyche.When our chakras are blocked, or not in balance, the free flow of energy is impeded, leading to physical, emotional, mental or spiritual dis-ease. When the chakras are unblocked and free-flowing, we enjoy optimum health.

Each chakra is associated with specific colours and crystals and governs different aspects of human emotion and behaviour.The chakra is a doorway. These are doorways that lead you into other dimensions. But you have to focus on them to the exclusion of everything else..

 My Sushumna..the spine of my Sookshma Sharira..my Etheric Body..is like a white pipe..My Chakras...wheels..disks..energy spirals..around my Sushumna..rotate..spin..they pull in Shiv Shiva's energy..stepping it down..spreading it into my Koshas..I breathe in this pure healing cosmic energy...the fuel to my inner Prana.. my own life force energy..

A Chakra Meditation session..Touching each of my chakras with a specific Meditation..a specific Kriya..Then looking into each..deep inside..with insight..an inner eye view..

My Mooladahara-the Root Chakra...I see a brilliant..solid cube...my base..my support..pulling in energy...pure white...spinning and spiralling energy..Visions of bright red blooming chrysanthemums
 appear..I feel the connection to Wood and the Earth..I am nutured..safe and supported...

My Swadhisthana-my Sacral chakra..the dwelling place of my inner self.. brimming with..my sexuality..my emotions..the Chakra literally erupts with energy..loads and loads of it entering and emerging..I see a tunnel in the vortex..it is a ball of light..whirls and whirls and whirls of it..intense..throbbing..pulsating..I receive..I flow..with joy and bliss..

My Manipura-the Solar Plexus..my City of Jewels..I see my Sushumna again and coils of energy around it..the Chakra is a yellow sun..surrounded by spirals of light..I see a constriction..a block..I watch..and then I see the constriction slowly dissolve..it melts..it gives way to an inner space filled with light and energy..I am in control..I am my own Master..I am the Queen of fire..I am Tejaswini..

My Anahata-the Heart centre..the Unstruck..I know my Point of Awareness lies here..a build up of energy at this centre..An overflow..Almost ripping my heart apart..I work on this centre..The energies cannot fixate..I channel the energies with Reiki..I beam..I let them flow..Rosequartz is so healing..I work..work..and work..I awaken to Anhahata sounds..in the night..water and waterfalls..I am blissful being with my heart..and so much in love..

My Vishuddhi-the Throat Chakra-the Purifier..So many blocks overcome..As I create..communicate..express..no holding back any more..Truth and only truth..and letting go...Freedom to spread my wings..and fly..I see a crystal in my Chakra one night..a water crystal seen under a microscope..it is shining white..beautiful and perfect..like a diamond..I feel blessed..Another block dissolved that night..

My Ajna..the Third eye..the Dashmadwara..my door to higher dimensions..I see an eye..a big open eye with eye lashes..it looks at me..Energy gushes from the eye..the Shambhavi fire..my healing light..24*7...a  strong beam of torch light..Energy literally spills..Uncontrollably..Sensations in my physical eyes..Pippilikam
..Ants crawling and stinging my eyes..Images of OM flash..Overwhelming...So intense...

From earth..to water..to fire..to air..to sound..to light..to space..the journey of my consciousness continues..I know I will come back again..and again..till my Chakras evolve perfectly..at least till my Point of Awareness reaches my Ajna..it may take lives and lives altogether..But I am happy..that I am awake..and I travel..and I transform..
